Our team have played a significant role in conducting preliminary physical (visual) inspection. A factual report will be prepared for the purpose of reporting; if the above said concern structures are structurally sound and safe for the intended purpose. Further from the physical (visual) inspection report, we shall also advise our client on any rectification requirement or proposal of any additional integrity testing / forensic inspection requirement.
Hence our clients will have a clearer mind on their buildings condition and what will be the next course of steps; only if any requirement of rectification works. Bear in mind, not all cracks are structural cracks.
